Underneath the silv'ry moon. I can only imagine the challenge of writing a novel where the setting is a foregone and well-known conclusion yet crafting a story that isn't completely predictable, but Tricia Goyer kept me guessing right to the end exactly who would be on the lifeboats and survive the horrific tragedy. By the Light of the Silvery Moon is the first book to provide a thorough review of the research on the topic, looking deeply into the intricate workings of a profession that is at least imperiled or, in the best of scenarios, a profession that is in transition. When I reviewed On Moonlight Bay a few days ago, I mentioned previously seeing this sequel some 35 years ago on American Movie Classics and saying I enjoyed it.
